Regulatory Intelligence Specialist
Come join our team and help us shape the future of e-invoicing
From October 2026, Inexchange is embarking on a new journey, building a unified European powerhouse in e-invoicing and automated finance. The regulatory landscape (ViDA, Peppol, and national mandates) is changing faster than ever. For us, this isn't a compliance burden – it’s one of the biggest opportunities of the decade, and our Regulatory Intelligence team sits right at the heart of it.
At Inexchange, we have well over 250 colleagues across the Nordics and are happy to welcome more. We are looking for a Regulatory Intelligence Specialist to join our core team and become our go-to expert for global B2B e-invoicing.
Your impact and responsibilities in this role
Be the authority and act as the internal go-to expert for colleagues across the organisation on e-invoicing mandates, ViDA, and global developments.
Present and represent Inexchange in key external forums and working groups (such as Peppol, GENA, and CEN) to help shape future standards.
Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance, ensuring our platform and go-to-market strategies stay ahead of the curve.
Be the main driver for Inexchange’s certification and approval processes as a service provider in expansion countries (e.g. France, Spain, and Slovakia).
Monitor and interpret legislative changes across key markets, keeping the organisation updated through clear, structured communication.
Build and nurture relationships with peers, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, and bring that network's knowledge back into the company.
Who you are and what you bring to the role
You have significant, hands-on experience with B2B e-invoicing mandates, Peppol, and a solid grasp of the ViDA initiative.
You have the capacity to dig into the technical detail and build a solid, factual understanding of how things actually work — not just a broad or high-level grasp
Knowledge about Peppol and GENA, and ideally practical experience contributing to working groups such as Peppol, CEN, or comparable national or European bodies.
The ability to simplify complex regulatory and technical concepts so that marketing, sales, product, and customers can all understand and act on them.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present and represent the company in external forums and events.
You are structured and self-driven, but you also possess strong networking skills. You communicate openly, build trust quickly, and enjoy collaboration.
You are fluent in English (Nordic languages are a plus), and bring a pragmatic, hands-on “can-do” attitude to our dynamic work environment.
