We have well over 250 colleagues across the Nordics, and we are excited to welcome a passionate, people-centric People Business Partner as our next team member. Based in our Nørresundby office in Denmark you will support our local teams while collaborating closely with our international People function.
Your impact and responsibilities in this role
As our People Business Partner for Denmark, you will be the strategic anchor and trusted advisor for our leaders and employees. You will play a key role in aligning business objectives with people initiatives, ensuring our unique culture thrives locally while maintaining a unified global vision.
Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted coach and consultant to leaders, helping them build, lead, and develop high-performing, engaged teams.
Employee Experience & Culture: Foster an inclusive environment that protects our open, friendly local vibes while connecting Danish employees to our broader, shared identity.
Talent & Development: Support career growth, specialized skill-sharing, and support our workforce for an AI-augmented future through continuous learning and upskilling.
HR Operations & Compliance: Serve as the local expert on Danish labor law, compliance, and employment practices, ensuring our policies are both legally sound and people-first.
Tools & Systems: Develop and utilize our HRIS and support tools to drive data-informed people decisions and streamline everyday workflows for our teams.
Who you are and what you bring to the role
Experience: 5+ years of experience in an HRBP, People Partner, or Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, tech-driven, international, or scaling environment.
Danish Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of Danish labor law and local market practices.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
Empathy & Drive: A unique blend of emotional intelligence and business acumen. You know how to balance the human element with organizational goals.
Growth Mindset: An adaptable, tech-forward mindset that thrives in a cross-country collaborative environment and loves solving complex people puzzles.
